1st Newsletter is ready!

It seems I've been spending a lot of time lately working until the wee hours of the morning so I guess it's not a big surprise I'm blogging at 1:15 am.  I'm kinda bleary eyed at the moment - lol - almost time for bed.

The newsletter that I have been so diligently working on is done!  I am really quite happy with how it turned out.  Inside you will find some general studio information along with some pretty nice specials.  Valentine's day will be here soon, so my focus is all about the love!

Introducing a New Blog!

Ok...I admit I have not been very good at blogging in 2011.  An awful lot has happened this past year and among all the chaos and life adjustments blogging was *sadly* put on the back burner.  2012 brings a new year and I am adding "frequent blogging" to my list of resolutions!

Just to give you a recap of 2011.  We have some new additions to our family.  Our grandson, Jordan, was born this past March and he is the most adorable little boy ever!

Sadly, he and my daughter live 500 miles away so we don't get to see them nearly enough.  He has grown and changed SO much in the last 9 months..

Another addition to our family is our niece Grace, also born this past March...also 500 miles away.  :(  She is such a little peanut and so full of smiles...

It has been so much fun having these two new little ones in our family.  It seems a lifetime ago that my own girls were this small.  Time flies...preserving those memories is such a great job to have!

2011 brought a significant change in my work life.  My former corporate job has been left behind and replaced with the opening of Lori Mason Photography.  I feel so fortunate to have been given the opportunity  to do something I love each and every day.  I am optimistic that 2012 will bring growth to the business, new friendships and tons of amazing images of all those little ones as they grow and change right before our eyes...

From small beginnings come great things!
